Our home base, and where most of our schedule lives. Neighborhoods like Sugar Creek, Silverleaf, Ascot Ridge, Sugar Mill, and Asher Farms have a high concentration of wood privacy fences hitting the 3–5 year mark and ready for their first proper stain.

Our third-busiest area, after Greenville and Greer. Many subdivisions here have large wood privacy fences installed 5–10 years ago that need restoration: gray, weathered boards that look like they need replacing and almost never do.

Just north of Greenville, Taylors has a dense mix of mid-century and newer homes — a lot of backyard privacy fences that have gone gray since they were installed. Most look rougher than they are and have years of life left in them.

Southern Greenville County is booming: new subdivisions going in every year with wood privacy fences that need their first stain once the wood has dried, usually 30–60 days after install. We do a lot of new-fence staining down here before the wood has a chance to gray.

No separate travel fee for the towns listed on this page. Mileage is factored into the quote the same way materials and labor are; you won’t see a line item for it. For jobs farther out, we’ll let you know upfront if there’s any adjustment.

Most estimates happen within 2–4 business days of your request. For simple fence staining jobs, we can often quote from photos and a measurement you provide, no on-site visit needed. For restoration and repair work, we always come out first.

We don’t have a strict minimum, but very small jobs (under ~100 linear feet of fence or a tiny deck) may not be cost-effective for either of us once drive time is factored in. Get an estimate and we’ll be straight with you.
