Most of our work is concentrated in these areas — established neighborhoods with mature wood fences and decks that need the right care.
Greer
Greenville & Spartanburg Counties
Our home base — and where most of our schedule lives. Neighborhoods like Sugar Creek, Silverleaf, Ascot Ridge, Sugar Mill, and Asher Farms have a high concentration of wood privacy fences hitting the 3–5 year mark and ready for their first proper stain.
Greenville
Greenville County
Augusta Road, Downtown, Hampton Pinckney, Alta Vista, Paris Mountain — some of the highest-value homes in Upstate SC, and the ones most likely to have wood structures that deserve professional care. We’re intentional about serving this market well.
Spartanburg
Spartanburg County
Growing fast, with a mix of established homes in the city and newer subdivisions on the edges. New construction fence staining is common here — wood that’s been up 6–12 months and needs sealing before the SC humidity gets into it.
Simpsonville
Greenville County
One of our most active corridors. Neighborhoods like Gilder Creek, Oneal Village, and Creeks at Longshoal have large wood privacy fences installed 5–10 years ago that need restoration — gray, weathered wood that looks like it needs to be replaced but almost never does.
Taylors
Greenville County
Just north of Greenville, Taylors has a dense mix of mid-century and newer homes — a lot of backyard privacy fences that haven’t been touched since they were installed. Wood that looks gray and rough but often has years of life left in it.
Mauldin & Fountain Inn
Greenville County
Southern Greenville County is booming — new subdivisions going in every year with wood privacy fences that need first-time staining within 6–18 months. We do a lot of new-fence staining down here before the wood has a chance to gray.
Easley
Pickens County
On the western edge of our coverage area. Easley and the surrounding communities in Pickens County have a lot of older wood structures — fences and decks that were built well but have never been properly maintained. Great candidates for restoration.
Travelers Rest
Greenville County
At the foot of the Blue Ridge, TR has grown significantly as Greenville’s northern bedroom community. Lots of newer homes on larger lots — wood decks and fences that need proper care before the mountain humidity and seasonal moisture cycles take their toll.
Duncan, Lyman & Boiling Springs
Spartanburg County
The I-85 corridor in Spartanburg County has seen steady residential growth — a mix of established homes and new construction that mirrors what we see in Greenville County. We’re out here regularly and the drive time is easy from Greer.
