Program Description
Integrity Wood Care LLC operates an SMS messaging program to send customers transactional and service-related text messages, including:
- Quote delivery and follow-up (e.g., “Your estimate is ready — reply YES to schedule or call us at 864-484-7062”)
- Job scheduling confirmations (e.g., “Your deck staining is confirmed for Tuesday. We’ll arrive between 8–9 AM.”)
- Day-of job notifications (e.g., “We’re on our way — estimated arrival in 30 minutes.”)
- Payment links for deposits and final balances (e.g., “Your deposit link is ready: [link]. Questions? Call 864-484-7062.”)
- Post-service follow-up and review requests (e.g., “Thank you for choosing IWC! If you’re happy with the results, a quick Google review helps us a lot: [link]”)
Message frequency: typically 2–6 messages per active service request, depending on the stage of your project.
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from IWC in one of the following ways:
- Submitting your phone number through the estimate/contact form at integritywoodcare.com
- Providing your phone number verbally or in writing when requesting a quote or scheduling service
- Replying START or YES to an IWC message after a prior opt-out
By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive service-related text messages from IWC.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from IWC. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. IWC does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard SMS and data rates apply.

IWC’s SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
Privacy
