- Prepare and deliver estimates and quotes

3. SMS / Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from IWC related to your service requests. This includes quote follow-ups, scheduling notifications, payment links, and post-job review requests.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to communicate with you about your IWC service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services you request (such as SMS delivery and payment processing) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only with:
- Service providers: companies that help us operate our business (payment processing via Stripe, SMS delivery via Twilio, email via Resend) — each bound by their own privacy policies and prohibited from using your data for their own marketing
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of IWC or others
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact and service information for as long as necessary to provide services and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website and secure processing through PCI-compliant payment partners. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
