We’re specialists in full wood restoration, not handymen, and we don’t race to the bottom. A race to the bottom is a contest to be the cheapest bid. We’re not in it. The cheapest bid has to leave something out, and on a fence or deck that’s usually the prep that makes the stain last. You pay for the right people, products and methods, and we’ll tell you what every dollar buys. If the right answer is a smaller job, or no job, you’ll hear that from us too.

One word you won’t see here is “licensed.” South Carolina doesn’t license fence and deck staining, so there is no such license to hold. We hold a business license, like any real company, and we’d rather say that plainly than dress it up as more.

We use Expert Stain & Seal, a deep-penetrating oil-based formula with high pigment, low VOCs, and a product warranty from Expert of 2 years for semi-transparent and 3 for semi-solid. Our workmanship is warranted separately for 1 year. It doesn’t sit on top and peel. It goes into the wood and stays there.
